...almost didn't happen, but I put on some music, let it do its work and played in my 8x8 journal, with (very) old music score, music dictionary scraps (by chance), gesso, Neocolours and White acrylic paint, adding bits of (crooked) washi tape and a bit of gold foiling... 
Today, I'm thankful for music - I love music of any kind - but today it was worship music that helped me focus on things that are far more important than everyday life 😊
