Today's offerings are very mixed... this one I made a couple of weeks ago. I love this little 'booth' - even if it's a direct copy of a Snoopy one I even have on a stamp! I know I could easily have drawn it, but I wanted to stamp because of the aged bits and so that I could cut it out. I do like my images embossed 😊 It's a simple Oxide background, with a bit of Colour lift stencilling and some stamping. I also changed the last word...the original says 'The heart that gives garthers', but I prefer to say is blessed... Hope you like my little cat, who's going nuts because of the chick, chick, chick, chick chickens.

This one is very simple because I used a collage stamp over on of the backgrounds I loved, adding just a little extra stamping.

I decided it was a little lacking in colour, so I added some more coloured pencil and a little irridiescent ink from one of my reinkers - plus touches of silver and silver embossing powder. It doesn't show very well, though.

This is a playabout journal page from when I finished the circular book. I loved the colours - my favourites - so didn't want to hide them too much, although I did remove some with a bit of lift off stencilling. The drips were already there, so I just added some splatters from the paint palette. I love these scribble stamps. They're so much fun.

I've been blog hopping, but my other laptop keyboard isn't functioning again!! So I haven't been able to comment without moving everything around, changing mice, etc, and because it's usually late at night, I just can't face all that messing. Sorry. I'll go to a couple I've just looked at earlier and comment while I'm in this room now. Maybe I'll even remember to take the keyboard and mouse in with me... even IF my forgettery is getting better, as a group I was once a member of used to say...

Thank you so much for calling in today - every comment is appreciated 😉

I'll be back soon
Bless you all
Cath

I really like the background color on the first piece and I want to visit that little girl at her stand. Anddddd... then there is your violate blue colors. So pretty. Hope your key board gets fixed but since it is on a lap top I am not sure how that would work. A new laptop? :) Have a great day.

I love the silver enhancement to the feather card Cath. I have that stamp and I never thought of using the silver. It makes it so classy. And your girl guide is adorable. I really like the lemonade stand. And the chickens. They might not like lemonade but they sure make cute customers on your card. This is a nice collection of cards Cath. Stay safe. Hugs-Erika

Lovely cards Cath. I have missed your cards so it was lovely to see this post.
Love the Brownie working on the stall, it is such a lovely card and so much humour in it and then the other two are just so beautiful in lilac with the feather.

Cath! Glad to see you posting again and thanks for visiting me. I've had a catch up and love everything, especially the mini-books. So hope you are able to get your laptop keyboard fized. I have a friend who had to stop messaging in our group because of it and being on the receiving end is frustrating as well. I also hope your health is good. Mine's been better, lots of action and noise in my neck since summer and too skeered to get out to go to doctors as I know that will turn into labs/tests/scans etc. You know the drill. And that's just getting out too much so I suffer and medicate with what I've got but I really can't complain other than that. Still being stubborn about not letting everything get to me and I do hope that holds! lolol Take care and don't be a stranger! XOX

Love your little Brownie in her Lemonade stall and the chicks gathering around her. The grass is great!
A gorgeous feather card and yes, the silver does show and enhances the feather such a lot, along with the touch of blue.
Love the colours in your journal - my favourites too, well the blue and green but I can see how the purple does fit in so well.
Three beautiful cards - thanks for sharing.
Hugs, Neet xx
