I think there’s an element of psychology at work here – I’m stamping Spring colours while outside it’s snowing – AGAIN!  I’ve had no mail for two days because of the snow and I just came back from braving the elements to go to town, in search of some fresh food!  Brr!  It was supposed to be raining by now – NOT snowing again OR forecast more for tomorrow morning!

So here’s my second Spring Colours contribution to KCUK and this time I used very Spring like colours – bright and positive.  Spring is also the theme for the Everybody Art Challenge 228, so I’ll be posting a link there.

CATH SPRING COLOURS 2

Forgot to mention that I used Dylusions inks on glossy card, which is why they’re so much paler – then added a touch of Adirondack Sunshine yellow and stamped with Adirondacks Meadow and Bottle.

Stay warm, everyone and enjoy the rest of the weekend!

There are a lot of Spring themes around at the moment Cath as I guess that is what we all thought we would be having this time of the year, not as you rightly say, snow. It seems this winter is never ending!!

Love the shades on your card, I wouldn't say they are paler, I love them and of course gorgeous stamping as ever.

Stay safe and keep warm.

Spring can't come too soon, can it! That is one beautiful card - and I didn't know spray inks are paler on glossy card, a useful tip. Thanks :-)

Wow, Cath! That is so beautiful! I love the colours - so fresh and vibrant, and you used that gorgeous tulip stamp. Must get mine out and have a play with it...would work well on the gelli plate too... Only 4 more days until I have two weeks holiday thank goodness - I need to play!
