Long time no blog... I've been well and truly AWOL for a while and haven't even been able to do much stamping until I had to made a quick card today, so I thought I'd start to clear up my folder in readiness for the new things in my head right now... Life does have a habit of getting in the way of having fun, even if it's fun in other ways - not all the time, though 😊

I've just done a little catching up, so if I haven't yet made it to your blog, I probably will soon, though I already know tomorrow is a busy day. Please forgive me for not visiting. I'll get there eventually. I'm trying really hard not to do any Autumn stamping, though I know I can always journal...it's one of my favourite colour and imagery seasons, so I can feel the pull already as I've been looking around at what you've been doing and looking around me when I'm out. Aren't the trees and leaves glorious? They really bring a smile to my face.

Onward we go...so here are my makes. First up Aall and Create's Dragonflies. This is the first dragonfly stamp I've bought for a long time. They were once my favourite thing to use but I haven't stamped one in years. I love these, though. I also love this background. I stamped this one in Versamark and embossed with white embossing powder, then smooshed and spritzed Oxides until I was happy with the result - and I love it!

The next card is the other one from the set, with a totally different background and extra bits of stamping.

I did indulge myself in one little Autumnal play... this one was so much fun to make, too. I love autumnal colours with blue. They work so well together.
I'd better end here. I was interrupted by a phone call, so I'll come back another time with the rest.
Meantime, I'd like to link to the following challenges:-
Allsorts, Autumn Colours

Thank you so much for calling in
Back soon!
Stay safe and well 😉

These make think of the season right now. There are so many dragonflies right now. These are beautiful. I love the dreamy effect of the first. And the second one is definitely fall colors but I think the same stamp. And I love the toadstools too. Glad to hear all is well and glad to see you back in blogland. Hugs-Erika

Good to see you are still around on blogger Cath, time does take up so much of our lives doesn't it. Often wonder what life would be like if I had nothing to do but create. Lovely shares today all beautiful in their own right but especially the Toadstools, Autumn is a season I could stick to all year long, the colour scheme is always so warm and cosy.
Take care & stay creative Hugs Tracey xx

Your ears should have been burning this morning Cath because I came across the stamp set you sent me and thought to myself, not seen Cath lately and here you are!!

As always a wonderful array of inspiration and as always lovely to see you at Allsorts challenge, many thanks.

Like you been a bit of a bad blogger, setting up the new challenge has taken rather more of my time than I anticipated. But done now and really hope you will join in next month.

Two lovely dragonfly cards, love the dreamy look of the first, such beautiful colours in the background. Your autumn toadstools look fabulous against the colours in the background. Glad to see you posting again.

What a gorgeous background on the first dragonfly card - and gorgeous dragonflies too. Such pretty pastel colours that remind me of those rainbow crystals we used to get to eat with a halfpenny liquorish.
I have never put autumnal colours with pale blue, or any blue, but now i see it works so well i think it will be used before too long. Another beautiful card with lots of interest for the recipient to enjoy.
