There's a Tag Challenge at Penny Black and More, so I thought I'd stamp a tag or two.

I scraped some Gesso onto a scrap of card, then various shades of green Distress ink,  to see what happened. I quite liked the result but wanted to add some words, so I rooted out my old Flower words - the stamp actually perished (no idea why - it's an old rubber PSX stamp and I was pretty upset when I discovered the state it was in) in parts, but I quite like the faded effect, so I kept it for backgrounds. I used Pine Needles Oxide ink and stamped it repeatedly down one side, then added a few circles in Bundled Sage, one of the colours I'd previously used. I wasn't keen on that, so after stamping the silhouette flowers and embossing it all, I added a bit of stencilling in Brilliance Moonlight White. I mounted the whole tag onto black card because it wasn't very thick, then added a couple of cut off strips, punching one of them with a tiny hole punch, just for a bit of interest. Then I stamped my words, punched a hole and threaded some frayed ribbon through.

There's an Anything Goes Feminine Challenge at Watercooler Wednesday, so I used a couple of my 'wino' stamps for a bit of fun and coloured the girls with Prisma Pencils.

I enjoyed playing with the greens, so I made this card, too.

I'll link this to Happy Craft Challenge ATG.

Thank you so  much for visiting.
Back soon...

Cath, your wine card struck a string in my heart! I've made so many friends over a glass of wine During my life! Your coloring of the two gal-friends is great, and of course the sentiment is perfect! Thank you for sharing your creative talents with us at Watercooler Wednesday Challenges! -Donna
