Today I'm thankful for the freedom to choose...even though whichever choice you make will upset someone important to you... and for my family.
I started with a stencil clean off page in my small journal, then just added a few stamps and a bit more of the same inks - Oxides. Sorry, but I can't remember where the little girl stamp is from...it's from a time when I ordered a bunch of photographic images from various non-UK companies.

Had to laugh at your remark about raw meat. That's tomatoes and feta cheese salad on a bed of mint I used for my background to my heart healthy fruit and veggies. No raw meat in my world. No meat period!
Oh my Cath i've just scrolled down and saw your bounty of creativity, you are on a roll with the AEDM. All so individual I especially love Wednesday's creation a magnificent play with colour. Today's image made me smile, reminding me of my Daughter weighing up those countdown Christmas days counting how many less pressies she may have had if choosing the naughty option haa haa.. I must have intended commenting on this page and got side-tracked as I was surprised to see my comment was not there - nothing new in y being side-tracked.
I love using orange and pink (or yellow) together for my backgrounds but would never think of wearing those two colours together. You have used them together with perfection and I do like the way you have build up your background and then added the touches of black to give a stark contrast which then marries in with the little girl and the words.
A delightful and well thought out page.
